Your support agent will give you a numbered code by phone or in a support ticket. Enter that code below and you will be sent to Zoho Assist to join the remote support session.
After you continue, you will be taken to a Zoho Assist page at join.zohocloud.ca.
On the next page, enter your name when prompted and click Join Session. Your support agent will guide you through the remaining steps.
